Either you use it or you lose it.

“Time is money" - as the saying goes 💰

But having limited time on earth does not mean that every moment should be a race against the clock.

It is possible to slow down 🐢

Especially if we think of time as cyclical. Always coming and going.

Constantly around us, renewing itself, like the air we breathe.

Thinking of time as cyclical creates more space for the good stuff:

👉 Joy
👉 Rest
👉 Family
👉 Discovery
👉 Recreation
👉 Relationships

When we stop thinking of time as an enemy to be defeated, it can be our greatest ally on the path to a more fulfilling life.
